This tailored training is designed in partnership with Circusful to enhance your youth work ‘toolkit’ by adding a range of beginner circus skills. It provides practical tips and a beginner circus toolkit and aims to enhance your creative ability, artistic skills and confidence when working with young people. Eligible participants/organisations will receive an introductory circus toolkit which includes plenty of equipment so you can start using your new skills with groups straight away (see below).
TRAINING OBJECTIVES
- Learn all about the wonder and colour of Circus and take part in a bespoke workshop for Youth Workers designed by a team of experienced Circus facilitators.
- To support participants to gain skills and creative confidence in integrating circus skills in the designing and implementation of youth work programmes
- To introduce participants to a circus toolkit that a will support the implementation of learning in a youth work context.

Anyone working with young people in a youth work, youth arts practice, out-of-school or non-formal education setting.

INTRODUCTORY CIRCUS TOOLKITS!
Participants are eligible to receive a free introductory circus toolkit to complement their training! Toolkits are limited to 1 per organisation. If you are a freelance artist, but still feel your work with young people would benefit from the toolkit, let us know how through the booking form!
